We are thrilled to bring a more convenient level of service than ever before to our customers!

Kipp Scott GMC Cadillac Buick is excited to introduce the Storm Express Drop-off/Pick-up Service Kiosk. This amazing technology makes servicing your vehicle quicker and easier than ever before, and picking up your vehicle will no longer be restricted to dealership hours.

When you arrive at our kiosk, you will be prompted to check in using your email address, (you can even book an appointment right there on the kiosk). After confirming the services your vehicle will receive, you will be prompted to drop your keys in one of our twelve secure lock-boxes. That’s it! In 3 minutes or less, you’re all done!

When the work on your vehicle is completed, you’ll receive an SMS text and/or email notification, and within minutes, (with the built-in payment integration), you’ll be able to pay your bill and pick up your vehicle. Servicing your vehicle has never been easier!

Our Express Service Drop-off/Pick-up Kiosk is the first of its kind in Red Deer, and it’s going to re-shape the way you interact with our service department. Coming February 2018, so be sure to check it out!
