You can bring your vehicle into our Express Service Department any time for walk-in service and our trained technicians will follow your maintenance schedule and offer you advice to ensure that your vehicle keeps running like new, each and every time you visit.

For our customers in Red Deer and Central Alberta, including Edmonton and Calgary, Kipp Scott GMC Buick's Express Service Department will have your vehicle serviced and back on the road, without an appointment, and at a reasonable price.

Our Express Service Business Hours are:

7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday

9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturdays

The Express Service Check-In/Check-Out kiosk in our service department was the first of its kind, providing you, our customers, an easy way to drop off and pick up your vehicle at your convenience, even outside of our service department's normal hours. Our Express Service Kiosk is available 24/7 in the vestibule located beside our Certified Service bays.

After booking your service appointment, you can come to the dealership and drop off your keys in 2 minutes or less. Simply follow the on-screen prompts, drop off your keys in our secure kiosk unit, and get back to your daily routine. It really is that simple!

When your vehicle is ready for pickup, the kiosk system will send you a text and email to let you know you can come in and pick up your vehicle at your convenience; no appointment required.

With payment integration built-in, the kiosk can take payment and can both accept & dispense your keys. Now you can finally service your vehicle with the reliability of the world's most advanced dealership servicing system.
